DCG Rome is proud to present its first collaboration with painter Daniel B. Dias. Born in São Paulo, Brazil, in 1987 and now working internationally, Dias is a self‑taught artist whose neo‑surreal figurative imagery inhabits a space between memory and imagination. His mysterious personages — often suspended between cultures, memories, and dreams — evoke a sense of displacement, spiritual introspection, and universal longing. Drawing on his multicultural background and life across continents (Brazil, the United States, and China), Dias merges classical painterly technique with a contemporary, psychological vision. His canvases explore identity, interpersonal relationships, and the invisible threads that bind people, time, and memory.
