feel very inspired by natural history illustrations, especially the
early voyages of discovery - when groups of artists and scientists came
to New World - exploring and documenting its exotic fauna and flora. In
this painting I evoque
this curious mood, of being in a distant place portraying in detail an
assortment of unknown species of plants and insects. It's the way I
fell, constantly exploring the limits of my own mind.
